All packages are shipped USPS (within U.S) with tracking. Most items in stock on the website ship within 1-3 business days (we’re fast, we try to ship same day if you order before 4pm MST, obviously no guarantees, but shoot us an email if you have an impending deadline). For made-to order listings please note the length of time to make the piece is listed in the product description. Custom orders, special requests, and larger volume orders are subject to longer processing times. An email will be sent to you with those details.
Please note VASSARDI cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us first so we can see if we can rectify the situation. We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges of an unworn item within 30 business days of purchase. Items should be in the original condition, and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items beyond the 30 days stated above.
Please note that we do NOT offer refunds for the following items:
– All items purchased on FINAL SALE or items that are LAST CHANCE
-Custom made items
If an item is received in a damaged condition, the damaged item must be mailed back to us within ten (10) days of the date received. Please contact us at Return@vassardi.com so we can send you a shipping label. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will immediately ship out a replacement. If we are not able to replace the damaged item, we will refund both the original cost of the item and the shipping.
